Love Gnome – Hand Building Clay Class

Celebrate Valentine’s season with clay and create the cutest little Love Gnome! In this relaxed, beginner-friendly hand-building class, you’ll sculpt your own ceramic gnome holding a heart—full of charm, personality, and perfectly imperfect handmade character.

Using approximately 1.5 lbs of clay, our instructor will guide you step-by-step through building the gnome form, shaping the hat, beard, and hands, and adding simple details that make each piece uniquely yours. No prior clay experience is needed—this class is all about having fun, learning the basics, and embracing the handmade look.

After class, your gnome will be dried and kiln-fired. Once it’s ready, you’ll return during open studio hours to glaze and paint your piece at no additional charge, choosing colors that fit your Valentine style or home décor.
