This week, we received a message that completely stopped us in our tracks — and reminded us why we do what we do.

A Dad reached out to tell us his 17-year-old son was going on his very first date ever… and he chose Burst of Butterflies.

First date.
First flutter feeling of butterflies.
First memories being made.

And it reminded us of something incredibly special.

A Place for Every Chapter

Over the years, we’ve watched guests walk through our doors at every stage of life.

From first dates…
to first anniversaries…
to ninth anniversaries (yes — the ceramic year 😉)…
to milestone celebrations like 25th, 40th, and even 50th anniversaries.

Some guests arrive a little nervous, holding hands for the very first time.
Others come in celebrating decades of love, laughter, and life together.

No matter the chapter, we’re honored to be part of it.

A Moment We’ll Never Forget

And then there are the moments that stay with us forever.

One evening, right here in the studio, art became part of a proposal — a moment from several years ago that still means so much to us.

Paint on the table.
Butterflies on the walls,
A fluttery feeling,
And a canvas that said it all:

“Will you marry me?”

She said yes 💍

It’s still one of our favorite moments ever — not because it was planned or staged, but because it was real, joyful, and deeply personal.

While this particular moment happened in our Chandler studio, it reflects the heart of what we see every day across all Burst of Butterflies locations.
